its location was nice and marvellous, right near everything. we greatly enjoyed the apartment which was well-maintained with ac.

I liked how the beautifully maintained and spacious room with AC was arranged when we arrived. the location is nice and great, just a few steps away from everywhere we needed. - the small onsite restaurant had a huge variety of food.

this hotel was set in a central area short walk to beach and all the necessary facilities that might be required, and the center of arambol.

Prime location - can't beat it! Close to the beach 🏖️, the main market, and always easy to find a taxi during the day.

The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, and it was spacious and super clean. the AC and fans worked amazingly well, and the bed was super comfy. It was located right in the heart of everything, which was surprisingly quiet at night. We loved the warm water, fridge, and balcony - perfect for relaxing. the host was quick to accommodate our request for extending our stay, providing fresh bedding and towels.

It would have been more convenient if there was a foot shower to clean sand before entering the room. Some noise from the street could be heard, but that's understandable given the central location.

This place is a great choice for exploring the area, the staff is helpful and the rooms are clean with air conditioning, and there are plenty of delicious breakfast options available.

During my transit stay at the House Of Brothers in Arambol, I appreciated the convenient proximity to the nearest airport, Dabolim Airport, which is just 61 km away. the warm hospitality extended by the owner, Akshay, made my stay comfortable and enjoyable, despite the rainy season limiting outdoor activities. Akshay's helpful recommendations and assistance in exploring nearby areas added a personal touch to the experience.

this minor disturbance was understandable and did not significantly detract from the overall pleasant stay at the guest house.

House Of Brothers is super clean, safe, and well-located. the balcony offers a great seating area, the room has ice cold air conditioning, a spacious fridge, and a good shower with plenty of hot water and soft towels. the host, Akshay, is superb and can assist with bike hire and airport transfers at reasonable rates, ensuring a great overall experience.

No complaints.
